that results from packing food in a plastic bag, removing air from the bag
and eliminating oxygen, the principal food spoilage agent.

The digital time controlled machines enable the operator to set the vacuum
time in seconds according to the size and the type of product, and the
Vacuum percentage can be seen on the Vacuum gauge. Also the sealing time
can set according to the thickness of the bag. These models include softair
as standard.
The sensor controlled models enable the operator to set all the functions,
programming, vacuum, gasflush and sealing by means of a microprocessor.
An extremely accurate (within .2%) digitally actuated sensor, enabling
a vacuum of up to 99.5% to be produced, additional time can also be added
for certain products.
Models V204TI, V253TI are ideal for the small
café restaurant for portion packing.
Models V410TI are suitable for the larger
restaurant / hotel.
Models V421T, V426T, V421SGA and V426SGA are suitable for large hotels,
retail butchers and small food manufacturing.
Models V641T, V821T. V641SGA, V821SGA and V821LLSGA are for wholesale
butchers, large hotels, food manufacturers and wholesale vegetable processors.
All Models have stainless steel chambers and are fitted with Busch vacuum
pumps which are considered the best available for vacuum packing machines.
